This means that the mattress is rated by its rating system. These ratings include the three main rating systems: Cates, BSC and TGA

The Cates rating is the average of the BSC and TGA ratings. A mattress with an even grade between all three will usually be of good quality.

 It is the combination of the bounce and the firmness of the mattress.
